Longhorn Steakhouse - Beaumont

Waitress as not attentive, they weren't busy at all, sent the steak back 3 times cause it wasn’t cooked right. Apparently is you ask for an extra flame seared steak the cook is not competent enough for the request. Left and went to Texas road house. This is my second bad experience at this facility. Never again

08/15/2024 Lunch. As usual, my wife and I shared a steak today for lunch. We shared the 20 ounce Outlaw Ribeye and a salad. As always, the steak was delicious and a delight to eat. Adewunmi, our server (aka Thomas) today was excellent (5 star good). Ask for him if you want great service. He made a very good meal an excellent experience for us today, and I wanted to make you aware of him for when you're ready to go there for a steak. Another nice thing was that the kitchen split the meal in half for us. And divided the steak and potato onto separate plates before serving us. Lunch was 5 star all the way today. From the food to the service, our meal was uniquely satisfying. The only drawback was that the music was a bit loud, but we were having too good of a time to mention it. Rating first impressions: Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. V Good: Better than I expected. Avg: An everyday meal. Good food. Fair: Below par. Dirty or flies.

Love Longhorn Steakhouse. Favorite place to go out and eat.

I come to this location specifically twice a month when I come to town to see my daughter. I would say 90% of the time the food is great, The staff is great as well. However this time in particular was definitely different. We get the exact same thing every time Parmesan crusted chicken. The chicken was so cold that it did not even melt half of the cheese on top of it. However someone like myself who has not ate in about 29 hours is practically starving as well as a 7-year-old daughter complaining that her stomach hurts cuz she's hungry. We went ahead and ate some of it. Certainly did not eat all of it. And just could not partake anymore. So we put it to the side never got asked how are food was. And I'm not exactly the type It's going to complain to the waitress. If anything I would rather complain to the person who made it Nonetheless the service was decent this time not the best I've ever had here. But because of the condition of the food. I will start finding another place to take my daughter elsewhere. I take my other daughter at the San Antonio location to the longhorn Steakhouse there.Guess because of this experience I will no longer be eating at longhorn. I have been a loyal customer for many many years who eats out here at least two to four times a month. Customer lost.

Have never been to a restaurant where the waitress is so confused at keeping up with the orders. We have been here since 730pm and it's currently 939pm.. all we have been getting nothing but excuses .. Ms Paola is MIA..with my credit card..do better
