My friend and i visited this pub on the off chance and we were pleasantly surprised. It is a lovely little pub with an interesting menu which I particularly liked. I can't recall what I had exactly but I do remember thinking it was good. I am keen to go back to have something different. The pub itself is really nice inside and the staff are welcoming. But it was very cold. I appreciate it’s an old pub but I didn’t want to remove my coat. We had Sunday lunch which was ok but we thought it was very pricey for what you get. We were surprised that we had to pay extra for a Yorkshire pudding when the roast was £16.20 already!
