"The food is fresh and the drive-thru is convenient. However, the amount of food for the money can be pretty disappointing, especially after the latest price increases. On more than one occasion, they've given me a very skimpy burrito that was pretty much only beans and lettuce. So, I guess it's hit-or-miss. I know they can make a good burrito, but they are not generous and consistent with the protein portion. I go back sometimes because of the convenience and hope that I'll be lucky enough to get a good burrito. Overall, I'd say I'm satisfied with the value about 50% of the time."

"All about this restaurant is absolutely amazing!! Customer service is phenomenal! We got a sushi roll here for my birthday, an appetizer and dessert all over the house. They also kindly took a picture of our family, printed it and even framed it to take home for us! I've never experienced any more service. Everyone here is so friendly. Our server May was great!! exceeded all expectations! Thank you. Swordfish for a wonderful birthday party!"

"I’ve been reading a lot of these negative review, and they are disheartening. We started going to Riverside 3 days after they opened. It was jammed, and the food and service was great! We became regulars, until the pandemic hit, and I don’t think any restaurant has really returned unscathed, some closed. No income, no help, no customers! Even after businesses reopened, nothing has really been the same. Today, it’s seems to be the culture of restaurants now, condensed menu selections, price increases due to the economic slowdown, and things change! We need to lower our expectations. Nothing stays the same. We went to Riverside tonight, and we had the nicest server, it was busy, and yet he was very accommodating. Pizza was delicious, nothing seemed off or different crust was as crispy and delicious. Our appetizer was made to perfection. Sunday 1/2 price a Bloody Mary’s $5 can’t beat it! We love their 1/2 price burgers on Mondays, Pasta 1/2 price for a huge bowl, your choice of pasta and sauce. Everything we ever had was very good!
