What Shortinez likes about Papaya Bay:
They have a parking lot, restroom and spectacular host. When you walk in, you feel like you’re visiting family friends and will be eating in their home. I think this place has gone down, sadly the restaurant appearance when you walk in there is a clutter of household items everywhere where it seems like you could trip(a one person trampoline) I’m thinking it is a trip hazard or fire hazard at this point.
