I visited the restaurant in search of some Indian food. It was a pleasant surprise to find it very original Indian food with right flavors. I find this food and taste to be much above any other place. They specialize in individual tastes quite a lot and care for it. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. One place to feel India in Melbourne.
We took my mother family for Mother's Day lunch, the food was so delicious, the service excellent. I've eaten here a few times and also had my mother's 85th Birthday here. The staff are very welcoming. We plan to book for next Mother's Day. I highly recommend Chimes if you love authentic Indian cuisine.

It is an authentic Indian restaurant. It offers a variety of Indian dishes with right mix of condiments and Indian flavors. Food here reminds the home back in India and the famous street tastes. Any one venturing for Indian taste, it is the place to be.
