It has been 5 years since last visited Mia's and it is still the BEST Pizza and pasta place around. Family run, it is without doubt the most consistent restaurant for fresh quality food. The homemade gnocchi is to die for. You won't be disappointed.

Best outside Lygon St.. pizza's unbelievable and pasta pretty dam good as well. Worth a visit but cash only.

My wife & 2 cousins of mine went to the local pizzeria in Balwyn. Upon entering your greeted like family by the 2 brothers Mario & Milad. Such a great place that patrons engage in conversation with everyone there. Excellent service, quality food & massive portions. Plus the extras they provide like a garlic pizza as a starter, some focaccia with your pasta or the nutella pizza balls with your coffee. It's like being at an uncles place for dinner. Great service, great food & great people. Like it used to be in the olden days...No WIFI just good old fashion conversation.

Local pizza pasta can't go wrong. Pizza is very good and the pasta has nice big servings with lots of flavor. All made fresh in front of you . Take your own bottle of wine and you can feed a family of 5 for about $70 with great food!! All the staff are great and very friendly

Decided to try, because of the great reviews, wasn't disappointed, best pizza ive had for years, lovely family run business, extremely friendly. Will definitely be back.
