Probably one of the best places in Daylesford and Hepburn Springs for lunch We had the set menu as we were a large group.

Inside the mecure, which was a trick we had to find out about. good parking. the atmosphere was not what I could expect from this place. it was a bit strong maybe a style and the colors and decor that I did not use or. as used. Nevertheless, the service was excellent with a good selection of food and a very good selection of wines. several options that have through the glass, which is one of my bugs, which have most places one or two. desserts were taken out and the churro gigantic enough for two. our main dishes were well cooked and presented. that was fresh and we were very happy.

Unbelievably good. Happened upon this and was simply stunned. The vegetables were scintillating- I savoured every mouthful. Go there before everyone does.

I am only giving this many stars as we waited an hour and a half for our meal. They lost the docket wasn't until we asked minutes later. When the food did arrive we couldn't fault it. It was amazing just the right amount...of spice and temperature. The restaurant was clean and fresh. The staff were professional and friendly if only it wasn't nearly forgotten about.
