"We sat in the warm weather in the beautiful courtyard and breakfast. It was plentiful, very beautifully dressed and best were the homemade croissants! The rolls are still not mass-industrial goods from a real baker! A look into the cake counter promises real treats! The service was very nice and we were not there the last time!"

The environment is very cozy and rustic (in a good way). In the main hall there are brewing equipment and machinery, a reminder of past times on which this place was a different thing. "At Hotel Villa Medici we decided to take a short walk to the city and try El Greco, as the workmates were before and had recommended it. A good sign is that it was busy on a Tuesday night, even at 6:45 the tables were mostly full. We got bread, olives and a shot of Ouzo to begin, bonus! The service was very good and they took our orders very soon after we had ordered drinks. We had sardines as an appetizer, very nice, followed by gyrros with chips and a rib eye with chips, both came with a beautiful salad. Both plates were cleaned, very pleasant and pleasantly surprised. Also given a free sweetheart, a kind of mousse and another shot of Ouzo. Bill came around €40, really pleasant meal so left my usual Origami Euro T shirt as a lace. You only get this when I enjoyed the meal"
