"Finally, there was a café that deserves its name. The Cafe Bockstaller is located at the entrance of the village Todtmoos a little back on a hill and when a window area, in the bright café rooms, equipped with modern furniture in bright friendly colors, you have a beautiful view of the village entrance of Todtmoos with its pilgrim church and the mountains there rise. The café itself is housed in a former house with a large well maintained winter garden, can be reached by a few steps. The first view after entering the room falls on a large counter that is full of all the delicacies that make the heart beat higher in the café; because wonderful homemade chocolates and cakes as well as cakes, in a variety, so it is difficult to make the right choice for yourself. "I enjoyed the visit here very much. The menu was not too big, but rather kept nicely small. The selection is limited to few meat dishes and several pastage dishes. There is also something to eat for smaller guests and you have the possibility (at pasta dishes) to a smaller portion. I really liked my Argentinian entrecote and I could enjoy it very much, also I am grateful for the steak knife that was brought to me with the entrecote (not often fits). Also the restaurant was well ventilated and really wonderfully decorated. The service was top and I felt comfortable/willing. The price is appropriate for quality and I can imagine going to eat again here. The shop is definitely recommended!"

"We were here for dinner and we hada good time! We got the pork ribs and they really were fall off the bone! Soo delicious. We also got the schnitzel which was served with a mushroom sauce and also quite delicious. Portion sizes were nice and big and we took some food home too. Service was good! The staff was quite sweet to us and accommodating. Overall a very enjoyable experience!"

"Ich war vor zwei Wochen hier hatte mich mit einer Freundin zum Abendessen getroffen. Leider ist die Osteria Bar ja das einzige Restaurant in Säckingen was abends noch Sonne abbekommt. Allerdings waren wir vom Service und von der Küche mehr als enttäuscht. Erst mussten wir bei einem unfreundlichen Kellenern um die Karte betteln und dann kam.doch keiner um die Bestellung auf zu nehmen. Als das Essen kam war beim Anblick schon klar - neuer Koch? Essen war schlecht und als wir später 40 min. Warten mussten bis jmd mit der Rechnung mussten wir uns vom Kellner noch eine dumme Gosche anhängen lassen. Also das war der letzte Besuch von uns!"
