Chip from chips and guacamole were stale took forever to get pita to replace chips. Service was slow, but there were servers walking all around or hanging out.

The salmon and salad dressing where meh, and when the waitress asked how everything was and the feedback was politely given by my friend, she sort of just laugh...

The food and drinks were awesome as usual. However the service was very bad. Waiting 15 mins just to have someone come to table even after informing the hostess...

"I love deep dish pizza, and this place definitely does it well! It 's my new go-to pizza (delivery) spot!Great customer service, too! We ordered delivery last night, but the driver took it to the wrong address/ door. The manager, Jordan (I believe that 's his name), was so helpful and professional during the interactions. He took the time to ask questions and better understand what happened. It was a very refreshing experience as I 've previously had bad experiences with mis-delivered food (from other pizza places). I understand mis-delivery happens, and our place can be a bit confusing, but the way it was handled was greatly appreciated ? Thanks yall!"
