What ChiTex dislikes about Red Ash Italia:
This was my first time at Red Ash. The food was amazing but definitely on the expensive side. My ONLY complaint is that in between courses our table was not cleaned off from crumbs, food that may have been spilled while sharing. For the class of restaurant this is I was shocked that they would not notice the table needed cleaning. View all feedback.
I understand the hype now. The food is incredibly good, and our server was fantastic and very knowledgeable!
I had the best meal in a long time! We enjoyed Italian bread, burrata, seafood pasta, osso buco, and a hot chocolate cake. I will be dreaming about this restaurant for months to come!
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to this restaurant. We sat at the "chef's table" and enjoyed the chance to witness the culinary artistry, particularly at the grill. I absolutely must return for the steaks. We tried the vongole and crab pasta, both of which were fantastic and perfectly seasoned. The appetizers, including the salad, were delicious, and the decadent gelato was a perfect finish. The service was excellent as well.
The food is amazing, and I especially enjoy sitting at the bar. The staff is fantastic, and the bread appetizer is delicious. The Caesar salad is also excellent.
Ash was amazing—she gave us a wonderful overview of the menu, offered exceptional service, and is simply a fantastic person to be around. While you can find great food throughout Austin, it's the service and atmosphere that truly make a difference. We would definitely return just to see Ash again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
