Oh, dearWhen it gets hot and muggy and busy..:the staff couldn't find my order I called ahead but they didn't put my order in.
Except for the greasy okra, I really enjoyed the food - fried liver and 3 wings with okra, coleslaw and biscuit - but the funky attitudes turned me off,

"Me and a buddy of mine were talking about Philly cheesesteaks and he was like man if you like cheesesteaks you'll love this place. So we went and man I'm talking about the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in my life! The service was on par with the food. Everybody was super friendly and they treat you like family. I'd definitely recommend Jackie M's to anybody even if you have to drive a little ways it's totally worth it!"

"Wonderful food and service. Ate here for breakfast on Sunday and the food was delicious! It was served hot, and our plates were overflowing with food. Erica was the best server. She has a great attitude and we never wanted for anything! If you come, ask if she's working! Tonight we had dinner and again, the food was delicious and falling off the sides of the plate. We will certainly be back!!"
