Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Palm Court restaurant are mixed. Some customers had a terrible experience, with long wait times, lack of compensation for delays, and disappointing service. Others, however, had a great time, praising the friendly staff, delicious food, and fantastic ambience. While some felt the quality of the food was lacking, others enjoyed dishes that reminded them of home. Pampano, on the other hand, received consistently positive feedback, with customers loving the creative Mexican seafood dishes, especially the shrimp quesadilla and homemade guacamole. Overall, while Palm Court may be hit or miss, Pampano seems to be a reliable choice for a satisfying dining experience.
My husband had the prime rib and twice baked potato and I had the filet medallions. The meat was cooked perfectly and tasted great.
We had a group of 8 diners and everyone loved their entrees, service, etc…! We’ll be back!!!
Had Sunday brunch. Nice room, attentive staff. Good live music. Food was only fair. First batch of eggs Benedict the English muffins weren't toasted, and no Canadian bacon, so they were just poached eggs on untoasted English muffins with Hollandaise sauce. The second batch the English muffins were slightly toasted, but still no Canadian bacon. The other hot entrees quality was good, but some were not hot, only lukewarm. I guess that's a problem with buffet style brunches, but for the price the food should be hot. Informed management, they said the food was hot. We disagree.
The food was excellent. We very much enjoyed the music as well.
Very beautiful atmosphere with great food! Very great service !!
