We came in on a cold april night after recommandations from our local hotel. We were welcomed warmly by the chef and were seated nicely in the middle of the restaurant. We chose to eat a la carte. We both had the foie gras starter,...which was quiet good and which we enjoyed very much. My wife then had a whole trout in a special sauce and I had some chicken in a sauce morilles.
