The décor was lovely. The service left a LOT to be desired. I waited a very long time to have a waitress even acknowledge my existence. She was very slow and it looked like it wasn't just me but other patrons also. I wanted tempura and I got that. I had the Tempura shrimp and vegetables with udo noodles. The food was fabulous.
