We waited for our food for almost an hour and to think that there were only 4 tables of customer. the staffs needs to undergo training."

"Crews do not serve the food well. Orders might be served at another table beside you and let you pick them up yourself. Table napkins are so limited. Glasses and other utensils are not well cleaned (you can notice the solidifying lard on cold drinks). Should you raise the issues among the managers, they do not care. Expect incriminatory remarks like "maarte" if you raise complaints. Tables are not sanitized, too. Do not expect the optional choice of chicken parts. You shall but be insulted."
