McDonald's - AIRPORT WEST

I returned to this second after some time. I ordered and paid a large latte with lean milk. there was only one other customer. I waited for more than 5 minutes and I still couldn't move towards someone who makes my coffee so. I asked my server what happened. She has just sung her head on the back and showed no interest in helping me, and in general there was a lack of interest in her role. the manager overheard me in the service and immediately made my coffee, otherwise I would wait. in the manager defense, a free muffin was offered to me for compensation. but my two experiences in this industry were not yet very good.

Nothing special or from the ordinary, just eating the standard mcdonald’s, which is available everywhere. during the payment their self-service terminal disturbed and I had to wait until the next day to know whether I had ordered the food we ordered (we were loaded) the dame behind the theke gave us our order, although nothing was registered on their computer.

Ordered mcchicken and happy meals, asked for tomato sauce for the French fries, but they are stingy giving me 1 tomato sauce for 2 sacks of fries and chicken nuggets in the happy meal, I had back to ask for tomato...sauce over and back and she did not seem happy to give some. service was fast, but the staff not friendly and helpful enough

I have admitted for a coffee and decided to try her guacamole loaded fries. let me say there was only one person who served, there was a reasonable size line that moves very slowly due to an incompetent server. When I was finally served, I was repeated three times when she seemed to forget. the pictures of the loaded pommes resembled nothing like the sloppy chaos I received.

The coffee at this restaurant was strong and slightly bitter, but when I asked for my free drink with my discount card, the staff were accommodating. After drinking my coffee, I needed water and the young man at the cafe bar was very helpful. Overall, this is a great place to grab a coffee anytime, especially when other local coffee shops are closed. However, the toilets were not well maintained, which was disappointing. The staff were very professional and polite, and the ordering system using numbered dockets was efficient for picking up your order when it's ready.
