Taj Sweets & Veg Restaurant - Agartala

One of the best veg restaurants for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The dahi puris will always be my favourite from this place, it just hits all the notes for me. The dosa is quite decent as well.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. I tried the masala idli and it was the best I've ever had. One of my friends ordered the mushroom matar masala and it was the best mushroom dish I have ever tasted. Despite being a vegetarian restaurant, they use garlic in their dishes. If you consider garlic to be non-vegetarian, then this may not be the place for you. However, if you're okay with garlic, then this is the best vegetarian restaurant in town. I highly recommend it to everyone.
