"Overall a middle of the road, nothing too special restaurant. We started with onion rings. These were ok but definetly frozen. I thought the chicken wild rice soup was good. I had a filet and fries. I ordered the filet med rare and the cook level went from a rare to medium within the steak. Now I can have a steak at any of these temps but it should be consistent. The fries were seasoned but these too were frozen. I didn't try the bread. The bread pudding was great. Meal size was good. In general everyone in our party had a good time. Service was very attentive. The interior could use updating. The popcorn machine is great."

"While in town for work, I thought here for dinner one night. I sat at the bar and asked the bartender what he would recommend from their menu. He proposed wings and the Rodeoburger. I did not really feel wings, so I took his recommendation to the Rodeo Burger, which is a decent size burger, barbecue sauce and onion rings filled in a bungalow. Several page options available and I went dead with tater. I also have Chislic as an appetizer. I asked how the chislic was prepared (drilled or fried) and he told me it was fried. I must admit, from South Dakota I had Chislic many other times and that had to be some of the best I ever had! The pieces were large and perfectly cooked! If I hadn't said it was fried, I would have thought it was grilled because it was tender. I'm sorry I didn't get a picture of the burgers and the points, but they were also extremely good. If I'm ever back in Aberdeen, I'd definitely come back to this place. The young gentleman who was the bartender last night has done an excellent job to recommend her menu."
