"My family and I dined out in the patio and had an amazing experience. Our server Sarah was amazing and took such good care of us. The drinks and food were all delicious and definitely satisfying. The manager Mari was so kind and was going around checking on every table. She seemed to be a manager that actually works and helps out her employees. she sets a great example for them. I was very impressed at the level of customer service this location had. I will definitely be coming back again."

"Had to revise my review due to the service I received the last few times I visited. Food and portions are still great. You get the bang for the buck compared to other local eateries in the area. Atmosphere is your typical mom and pop diner feels, maybe a bit more upscale. Televisions around the room and cushy booths and tables. Now comes my biggest con. Tipping culture. Everest never had an option to tip on their machines and when they did introduce it, you had the option to decline with the push of a button. That in itself was awkward but not too bad. That has changed. The cashier at the drive thru the last few times has verbally asked me to tip making it even more awkward. I've feelings every time and as soon as I say so customer service makes a 360. Never received a receipt, didn't acknowledge when my transaction was done, and was handed my food and window closed without a thank you or stating if that was all of my food. Everest don't give in to tipping. Do better. Pay your employees better."
