"Das Essen war wieder ein Genuss und der Service tadellos! Im "Siebten Himmel" wird Gastronomie noch mit Leidenschaft gelebt.Wir kommen seit 4 Jahren regelmäßig im Herbst und im Frühjahr für ein Wochenende nach Burkheim. Und es ist ein fester Bestandteil, abends immer im "Siebten Himmel" zu essen, da wir von der Qualität überzeugt sind. Das Essen ist frisch, individuell und sehr lecker. Die Negativbewertungen können wir überhaupt nicht teilen, geschweige denn nachvollziehen. Die Behauptung, dass Tiefkühl - oder Fertiggerichte serviert werden ist geradezu absurd. Wir kommen selber aus einer Ferienregion mit relativ hoher Gastronomiedichte und können uns daher ein Urteil erlauben. "We had half board as guests in the Kreuz-Post and enjoyed a four-person dinner at the in-house restaurant. The meal was good and satisfying, but perhaps without the elegance or extravagance you like to have when you eat. The recommended white wine (a Grauburgunder,...i e Pinot Gris) fits perfectly with the food we had. The premises are in typical old German style, but in very good shape and the service was without mistake."

"Last time it was breakfast, it was lunch today. the same great experience. the same wonderful view. the same delicious food and the same attentive service. this is a real gem in the empire chair and I recommend to them to put this on their agenda. both the lunch-three-course menu and the cordon bleu were excellent. the only thing that was better was dessert! the small cream brûlée with the espresso. that is a must for every food-knowing who comes into the opposite."
