"Hello, me and my family went there today, and it was disappointing. Waitress acted like a little robot, barely welcomed us, food was very spicy, they have to advise in advance, also tacos had just one tortilla, generally they have to be with 2 (very thin), prices were high, for the service and quality of food. BUT, mainly, the Banda Music (if you can call it music), was terrible, obnoxious, very loud, 2 big screen tvs with different artists, so crazy to try to eat your meal in this conditions, we are not all from north side of Mexico, why can they try to play Vicente, Bukis, Mana, etc. Please change this, it is VERY URGENT.P.s. there was NO hand soap in the mens restroom, and was stinky."

"Great place and so delicious food. This place is located close to the Clearwater Beach. It has tables inside and outside. My friends and I were sitting outside. Our server was nice, he checked on us all the time. The food is great! The portions are big and if you want to try several dishes you can order for share and you will be full overall. As complementary, they brought us salsa and chips. We were super full."

"2nd time there. Last time with fiancé was a nice experience. Store is within walking distance of my place and I no longer have a car. I am a person of color (as my fiancé also). Went today alone and was followed around the store like I was going to steal something (hate that). As an older Afro Latina (my familia Panamanian) I was hurt and embarrassed. That being said some produce was spoiled (cabbage, fresh herbs, etc) and the fresh cilantro was floating in rusty water (wish I took a pic). Store is nicely stocked with latin goods and the meat looked fresh. I will not go back but only because of the following throughout the store. I did purchase 4 items I needed to show I wasn 't there to steal...."

"I had never eaten in a tijuana flats? my man wanted to stop and eat here, so we stopped and decided to take lunch. that was great! had a burrito with chips, queso and a pineapple soda. what I really enjoyed was the amazing customer service we received! we have eaten on the 3rd march at 12:10 a.m. the woman who worked in the cash register was simply nice and pleasant to speak. the man who brought us our food came out and brought it directly to our table! he was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I was surprised that they even brought our food out? maybe that? either how I care about management to know that these two staff were very friendly and courteous! both had smiles on their faces and were very friendly. That sounds strange, but everywhere I go to eat, I'm disappointed and we eat a lot! I feel like today the world has turned into such a miserable place, and these two employees have made a impression and made me smile today! I'll be here to eat, and it's just because of the service we've received. thanks for a great lunch!"

"The food was good. You can tell it's frozen and not fresh seafood. I got the Cajon Steampot. Lobster claws, snow crab, shrimp, mussels, potatoes and corn. Everything cools off fast so you're left eating cold seafood. Be prepared to get your hands messy as you Crack open the crab legs and lobster. It's an experience that you won't want to have on a first date lol. As soon as you see the bib you know you're in for a messy time. Overall I'm happy I got to experience it. My nephew got the pepperoni pizza took 1 bite and that was it. He didn't like it. He is a fussy eater though. My mom got the sampler as a meal and added hush puppies and loved it."

"Embarrassing and absolutely awful. Firstly there was a cockroach walking across the dining area which is gross. I ordered the chicken parmesan sub. It was terrible. The chicken was warmed up frozen pressed processed chicken meat.... The hoagie roll was stale. The sauce bland and very little cheese. I would be embarrassed to feed anyone this in my home let alone serve it to a paying customer. I will never return to this awful establishment. Embarrassing."
