"I have dimmed twice at the pizza shack in madison during the last travel between new orleans and my home in arkansas. the restaurant was both busy, with numerous customers in eating and picking up delivery orders. on every trip I ordered a pizza to run. the pizzas took a long time to bake, but they were waiting for every case. both paintings I ordered a medium, thin crust sausage and spinach cake cut in squares. the cakes were well prepared, with a wonderful crispy crust, much perfectly melted cheese, fennel-flavored sausage and good tasting spinat. I was very pleased with eating as well as the service and plan to return to pizza shack next time in madison."

"This Pizza Hut was by far five star! Friendly staff fast service and the night manager was amazing. They took care of us in so many ways they didn’t know. We were in town for a business meeting and we were in a hurry, I didn’t say anything about that. They just took care of fast. Place is in a very convenient location. Pizza was hottt and goood. If I’m ever back in town I will definitely be back here to eat this amazingly good pizza. Dining room was very clean."

"I just wanted to say that I have never had a good experience with Pizza Hut, and this was no exception. The food was cold by the time they handed it to me like it had been sitting in the back for a long period of time. The service was quick, but the workers seemed severely overworked and tired. The ambiance was horrible it felt like I was in a room with a bunch of zombies. My heart goes out to the workers and I hope they find better job opportunities."

"I’ve been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for 2 years. Multiple times they delivered orders incomplete, and when I would tell them something was missing, they wouldn’t bother to bring back the item I had paid for — naturally, I had already tipped them! Today took the cake though. I put in an order for two pizzas yesterday for a Christmas party today. When I arrived to the location at 11, they told me the guy who makes pizzas wasn’t in. Thankfully, Little Caesar’s saved the day and was hot and ready!"

"Have always ordered pizza every Sunday from this location for the past Five Years plus. Fast forward to today, tried to order through the drive through window, was told to either call in or order online. Did exactly that and came back to pick up. A socalled General Manager got to the window once again to lecture me on how much power she has in the store. I tried to pay for myorder while I told her that I will never come back there again. She felt offended and canceled my order and refused to serve me,after I requested for her name. She needs to be re- trained . One customer gone, many more to go as long as this General Managerremains employed in this store. She is bad for the business. Worst Dominos General Manager I have ever encountered in my life.Will never go to that location again."
