"I made reservations for a party of 6 and we came on Sunday, 21. August 2022 at 1:00 and sat immediately. The host didn't look pleasant and happy to see us. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a huge free space. Our problem started and ended with our waiter, L. forgot his name (irrelevant anyway, as he forgot about us all the time) but remembered his entire appearance, demeanor and customer service skills. He has a sharp beard and wore Denim with dark pants from head to foot. He ran through the specials in a monotonous voice as if he told us to go while we still had the chance. Drinks were ordered and the $13 glazed Italian donut French toast came in 15 minutes. He said he'd get us plates, forget, and another waitress got us plates ten minutes later, the time that happened, the food was cold. We ordered our food in 30 minutes. Well, whatever, it was busy. Our group rated the food 7/10 as the chicken parm was delicious. However, the parmesan rigatoni was cold and bland. Every time we asked for a refill, or a bag, or check, our beautiful waiter would make a round around the whole restaurant, talk to people, stop ten minutes, watch football, make eye contact with me and walk. Our favorite part was when he got us, stopped watching football, getting a bag, watching football, ringing us, repeatedly turning his head back to see football and finally we go. If we need something, it took at least ten minutes to get his short attention span. Nobody looks happy to be there, so why? We have still tilted 20%, regardless of how it is still a service, but none of us will return there or recommend people. Why still waste time and not even enjoy us? minus four stars for customer service, waiting time and saving the best for the last of our beautiful waiter, L."

"This is the second time in a row that theyve gotten my order wrong, giving me red sauce on a pizza that I ordered no sauce on. I know its not my mistake because it happened twice and the order receipt they attach to the pizza box clearly says No sauce. I usually like this place a lot or else my rating would be lower."

"Quality is what's to be expected from Domino's. The 5 stars is for their one employee, DM. I ordered online and it gave me a 20 30 minute time frame. Wasn't showing updates on the tracker so I figured maybe it was down. Wrong. Order didn't even start getting cooked until AFTER the pickup time. I show up only to realize DM is the ONLY staff member making pizzas easily could have used at least one if not two more people. This location is busy AF, especially late. I caught a glimpse of what I believed to be a manager who was just slinking around in the back while this poor man was straight up hung out to dry and I would bet he had dealt with some pretty unhappy people bc the web time was NOT consistent with real time. Corporate and the manager need to do better. DM, you're a rock star and I appreciate you. Pizza was delicious too. Thank you."

"I went in late on a Friday night starving for some takeout after my workout. I received a friendly greeting, and asked for a recommendation. The gentleman recommended the chicken parmigiana and that’s what I ordered. Since I was extra hungry I grabbed a tiramisu as well. The chicken Parm was excellent and I also enjoyed the side of spaghetti. The sauce was flavorful and the spaghetti cooked just right. The side salad was also very good. The tiramisu was also better than I expected. The portions of everything was generous. Overall it was a great experience and I will go back. Looking forward to trying their lunch menu!"

"I remember coming here at 4pm on 10th March 2001 like it was yesterday. I was meant to be going dancing at Tramp that day but only had my travelling clothes to wear which I didn't think would be very honourable. Only improvement I would suggest is installing more CCTV as having a photo of me there with my girls on that memorable afternoon could have saved my mum a £12 million pounds bill recently."
