"WORST SERVICE IVE HAD IN YEARS. My first time in Clarksville I decided to grab a slice of pizza. My experience started off pleasant however the cashier didn’t know the difference between Lump Crab Meat and Blue Crab meat. I decided to get the stuffed salmon as well. I ask for the salmon to be well done. I left the store and returned 20min later. My SALMON WAS NOT READY. At that moment I heard the cashier tell the cook my order. I acted as if I didn’t understand Spanish and proceeded to wait another 20min. At this point I decided to cancel my order because my client was ready to be picked up. I asked to cancel my order the cashier DID NOT APOLOGIZE or show ANY EMPATHY. She walked away from the counter without response. This made me upset because she clearly heard what I said. She returned to the counter and was extremely dismissive telling me it’s almost ready. I EXPLAINED THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE ME LOSE MY JOB. Still NO APOLOGIES SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AGAIN. And again I was ignored then the cook came up front and said the order was ready. I was disgusted with the customer service so I demanded a refund they refused to give me. 5min of going back and forth I decided to take my order and leave. My pizza was never warmed up they just threw it in the box, it was cold as hell when I opened the box."

"So today I had a terrible and disrepsecrful experience with this particular place that I always order from and always tip! at least after she was asking about an hour to supply food that arrived almost cold btw, she went on to be smart about it because I asked for a discount. I mean, it's called mean courtesy, which I think is not too common today. this place use to be superb now it is idk ... just bad!"

"Very disappointed. We had a groupon for this place and wanted to try it since we were living in the area. After ordering 3 pizzas, the cashier said we need to print Groupon coupon. I looked at her, I thought she was a joke and told her that it was on our phone on the app and I did not see that this mentioned on Groupon and cashier said that the owner asked to be printed by customers. I think the last time I had to print Groupon Coupon was 5 years ago. So she didn't accept our Groupon coupon. We shouldn't have paid and left the pizza, we should go on and pay. They are also very splashy with addition to cheese and basil and arugula. I asked if we have to pay extra, what she does?t must share a little basil piece on 5 pieces. Also I asked if they have fresh carpets, please see pictures they will not serve this yellowish carpet in other places. Will you never go back you try to help local businesses grow, but won?t go back there anyway."

"The driver was rude knew he was dropping off wrong order. He wouldn't leave my doorstep. He Wouldn't cancel order. tried calling the store last few days but no answer. Tried emailing feedback and nothing. Store took 50$ from me,sent wrong cold food and thats not ok.Edit: it's been 4 days. Still no refund. Got an email saying I won a free 2 topping medium pizza. Hell no! I want my full refund tip included. Still haven't heard from store after sending email to email address the owner put down in the reply. I want my money back!!!!Edit it's been 4 weeks. Still no response from anyone. Do not order from this place repeat do not order because you will loose money."
