"They get one star cause I have to put a star. Chicken was not even coated. Order was wrong had to go up to counter and ask for order and they just grab it from the warmer and put it on the counter and said here. Everything was cold and the gave me same chicken that they were sopose to replace didnt even eat it dont come here."

"I looked this place and was so excited to visit. A total mistake. I only asked for soft eggs, three times they came out hard. I asked to speak to manager. Worse manager she was rude and began to complain 9 eggs when it was in fact 6. She then became sarcastic and accused me of having a bad day. Whats wrong with people? Worse experience I have EVER had. If they can't cook soft eggs, just say so. UPDATE: Received a response which explains the service and breakfast. Regarding the cook. Apparently his credentials are not that great since he couldn't prepare soft scramble eggs. I'm from Philadelphia and it's not an unusual request. I stand by my comment and now that I have received their response I understand why the experience was terrible. With all due respect, thank you for your invitation. But I think I'll pass."

"The etoufee with shrimp and catfish was delish! The food came out quickly and PIPING HOT! Portions are so generous I ate twice and I was stuffed each time from the one plate pictured. I had a few bites of the brisket and the flavor was to die for! Definitely mix the sweet and smoky BBQ sauces they offer. The interior is very busy but they are extremely well staffed and tables are bussed often. It was clean and I?m definitely eating there again!"

"Placed the order early because the future time was 45 minutes after I needed the pizzas so I showed up at 12 to ask them to make it early. It took 40 minutes and the cheesesticks were burnt and the pizzas were not fresh. I work right across the street so the food should have stayed fresh from the 2 minute drive back to feed my employees so I know they were not fresh at all."
