"(1:15pm) HEADS UP! I had a horrible experience at this location. The food wasn’t fresh, there was garbage all over the floor, and the staff seemed slow and or not motivated. I watch one of the staff make my food with a difficult attitude and literally giving me one small scoop of everything i asked for in my bowl, mind you I ordered a $17 steak bowl. After wasting 3 hours of my time. Doris (The manager with red hair) was very rude and disrespectful after I went back to the restaurant (later) to try to correct my order. She had a very inconsiderate attitude, Almost as if she didn’t care to have her manager role. At the end of this experience I returned the food and requested and reserved a REFUND. I also made a call to corporate. I wouldn’t let my DOG visit this location let alone a human who wants to be treated with respect and a decent meal. Love,"

"The server was not attentive, came once to ask for my order and then didn't come back for quite awhile, then offering a check. No offer of another beer for my empty glass. I asked for another drink and placed a Togo order for tacos pastor with rice beans and salad. The order was repeated back to me correctly, I paid full price then got home to a box with only three tacos. None of the sides I paid for. The los bravos is Decatur has a better quality of ceviche and service. I will not come back to this location."
