"Ich lud einen meinen besten Kollegen zum Abendessen ein, bevor er Richtung Brasilien flog.Wie immer ist das Menü schon vor dem Anlass bekannt. Ein feines Entrecote auf dem Speckstein mit einer feinen Pfeffersauce. Dazu darf ein feines kühles Bier nicht fehlen.Das Fleisch ist wie immer zart und von hervorragender Qualität. Es gab kein einziges Fleisch, dass man hätte reklamieren müssen! Als Stadt-Luzerner muss ich gestehen, dass sich kein anderes Restaurant in Sachen Fleisch in dieser Liga behaupten kann!Ich freue mich bereits auf das nächste Mal!Vielen Dank an Euch."

"Gruss aus der Küche, Friandises, eine freundliche Bedienung. nicht nur das Drum-Herum macht die 16 Gault Millau Punkte aus.Die auf der japanischen Küche basierenden Vorspeise Thunfisch Variation mit Wasabi, Algen und Yuzu war hervorragend konzipiert. Hübsch angeordnet, mit einem japanischen Geschmack bin ich sicher, dass auch ein Japaner seine helle Freude daran gehabt hätte. Als Hauptspeise nahmen wir eine Vitello Tonnato, das so gar nicht wie das erwartete Sommergericht angerichtet war. Kein kaltes Sommer Gericht, sondern ein heisses mit dunkler Sauce, relativ dick geschnittenem Fleisch, Bratkartoffeln und Gemüse. Es schmeckte recht gut, das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gebraten, nur die dunkle Tonnato Sauce gefiel mir nicht ganz. Vielleicht aber auch nur, weil ich etwas anderes erwartet hatte."
