"Yeah they had some real problems with the food at the Heidelberg and we quit eating there. They tried a few vendors but they weren't all that much better. That was from 2017 through 2020."

"Ordered wings that were on special, was quoted 45 minutes, got there after that and was still waiting for 45 minutes. Terrible service, will not be back, much better options in the area, crisis or no crisis. Waiting area is dirty. Update: after 2 yearsthey still haven't gotten it together. Customer service is terrible.. Came in 2 minutes before promised time . The lady said it's going to be awhile, take a seat quite rudely might I add. I left the store. If you going to be late with an order, atleast show a little emphaty."

"Man, I was craving some lunch nugs hard so I swung by the nearest BK Lounge. It was a dreary, rainy day, so I pulled into the drive thru to place my order. I froze with panic when I was asked which sauce I wanted. My hunger-stricken mind hadn 't gotten that far yet. I was paralyzed with uncertainty. 'Uhh... hello, sir? Are you still there? ' the voice crackled over the speaker. 'Surprise me! ' I blurted out. As I pulled around to the second window, unsure of my future, I was greeted with a friendly, smiling face. The man behind the window must have felt my trepidation, my tumultuous thoughts. He handed me my food, said 'Thank you, sir. Please come again! ' I checked the bag expecting kethcup or some other every day dull sauce. Your boy Michael hooked me up with ranch AND buffalo sauce. The rains stopped, the clouds parted, and the sun came out. I will forever be in debt to that man, that saint, that rockstar. May Michael live forever."

"I don’t remember actually Five Guys being this bad..I don’t know if it’s only this location or they got worse, but this meat is so bad, falling apart, tasteless, unseasoned. Everything else other than patties is good."
