The were by far the best we found anywhere in Beaujolais and we bought more bottles than we had planned for that region. During the course of conversation we asked about a restaurant open at that time. Alas, none were, but she asked the chef if he could whip up something for us. He whipped up two plates of Cochonnailles that were absolutely delicious. We did our wine tasting accompanied by the special dish. Alas, it was our last day in Beaujolais and we could not return.
