"Today we decided to try Gaetano's. We were so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of the cesar salad and the Pasta chicken parmesan. But I did remember to take a picture of the Veggie pizza. I really recommend this place. I came here fist in 2005 but under a different management. One can see that they use all fresh ingredients, nothing is from can! The salad was exquisite, the pasta was al dente, the way we like it. The Veggie pizza was full of fresh tomatoes, basil leaves, mushrooms, olives, green pepers, etc... And on top of everything: the cannoli with ricotta cheese. Mama Mia. We had the pleasure to meet the owner who is originally from Palermo, Italy Mr Gaetano who really enjoys his business."

"I had heard about the place of several visitors and locals, but I was not impressed by the window. It's okay for experience, but I thought so. Dough was frozen and this was neither Chicago deep nor the Sicilian style in the northeast. I also didn't think that the sauce was really extraordinary and, in addition, probably no temperature reached high enough to really melt the cheese on the dough."

"The pizza was good, but cold (it was delivered an hour after my order and 45 minutes after I had received a text that the driver was on the way. Even the salad I ordered that I wanted to eat BEFORE the pizza did not come. The driver said it would only take 10 minutes to get it (ha! but I decided I didn't want it, so I called the store to announce it. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because when I called the store to talk to the manager, she was apologetic. Normally I am tolerant of bad service, but this happened shortly after a bad episode with a big department store, plus I was home with a sick child and had no way to leave the house to get food for us."
