"I specifically went to Jet 's this evening to try the cauliflower crust. I have been so frustrated that the major chains around here weren 't jumping on the cauliflower crust popularity. I can 't really eat regular pizza crust but would like the enjoyment of eating a slice of pizza like a normal person instead just scraping off the toppings. Anyway, let me tell you that this was the best pizza I have had in a long time! Jet 's is always the bomb anyway, my favorite pizza by far. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Absolutely wonderful. The crust was crispy, the toppings fresh, and the taste was phenomenal. I didn 't feel like I was missing out on 'real pizza '. The guy who took my order was super friendly and courteous. I really, really, really hope Jet 's keeps this crust. I don 't live near a location to get delivery and the closest location is 15-20 minutes away but I am willing to waste the gas and time to go get this pizza again when the craving hits! Thank you Jet 's! I love you guys!"

"Bend over four weeks and I still haven't got my food replaced or a refund. When I called to complain In the manager told me he didn't care and to never call back and hung up the phone. Corporate told me they would have the owner. Call me when I complained to them. And the owner never did. They don't care about the customer service. And they obviously don't care about messing food up. Go to Papa John's Or LA Rosa's pizza. But I would stay away from the store. And my chicken tastes like rubber on my pizza and made me sick. I should have called the health department."
