"The Maitre de D is charming but is badly let down by his staff. The waitresses are very smart in their little black dresses but their intelligence does not match their dress sense. There were 4 of us and we ordered from different menus .This muddled them. Eventually the Maitre de D had to step in to help them out. The food was moderate especially the Creme Brulée.My friend ordered "Steak Tartare" which arrived cooked as a burger!! On the cheese board were the remains of a cheese that we like. It was dry alongside a fresh piece of the same type. We asked the waitress to give us portions from the fresh cheese ,she refused!The bill worked out at 46 euros per head. Last week I eat an excellent luncheon at the Restaurant de la Belle in Mareuil sur Belle for 15 euros per head."

"What a great place terrific staff for a start, extensive menu and freshly cooked food can't wait to return, outside is good with views over the town, have been there three times so far and every meal was great."
