"“Where’s what going on?” is a side of the sz at the weekend where my wife had crossed two events. I took my ribs, my wife bought two cookies from Janssen-Hof. "Der Gastraum ist sauber, die Bedienung höflich und präsent, kein langes Warten, dafür die zwei Punkte. Mehr aber nicht. Unter 4 Sternen habe ich mir wirklich mehr vorgestellt.Auf der Terrasse sitzt man an Tischen unter übergroßen Sonnenschirmen, von oben also alles "dicht", warum denn dunkelgrüne Plastiktischdecken(!), leider mit getrockneten Flecken, soll das einen besonderen Eindruck hervorrufen? Aber auch im Gastraum gab es diese Decken, zwar hell, aber eben Küchentischambiente. Das Essen war ausreichend, jedoch Imbissdurchschnitt, geschmacklich fad. Es gab auch nicht alles, was auf der Karte stand. Auf der Apfelschorle war Schaum und sie schmeckte leicht nach Bier und Spüli. Ach schade, sind denn die Gäste des Residenzortes Rastede mit so wenig Qualität schon zufrieden?"
