"Validated all the great comments I’d heard about here. Definitely a wonderful place that is worth for monthly visit or even more often. With friends or just alone. Once surprise was the food in the restaurant. I didn’t expect for a decent dining experience here and though it would likely be more of the presentation but not really the flavors. However, the food amazed me. All six main dishes we ordered were outstanding."

"I like being able to go somewhere for a coffee without the expectation that you will have to buy food as well. The coffee is excellent and the real focus of this cafe. The upstairs is quiet and cozy and the garden is superb. Both great places to relax."

"We loved it! First off there is a line, but don't be intimidated, it goes quickly and there are fun games to play along the way (like an oversized jenga and connect four). The service was so kind and sweet. They were patient and helpful in making my order. They also served the ice cream up super fast. You pay and it's done a few minutes later. It was fast. The servings are big, so be prepared to come hungry! I felt like I was at the Disney of Ice Cream parlors! We sat outside in the shade, there are so many places to sit here. And it was incredible. Our daughter got a Brownie Surprise that was the perfect amount of coffee/chocolate/brownie it was SOOOO GOOD! And I had a mint ice cream sundae that was just so minty! The flavors were explosive, the whip cream was good, and there was real cherries on top of our treats. I loved that! So if you haven't tried it yet, please do! So good!!"

"So there are not a lot of Italian options in this area, and this one is quaint. We were served quickly but I felt a bit rushed. Like we were not very welcome. We were also the only ones with paper napkins, everyone else had fabric napkins which I thought was odd. Everyone was very friendly, it just didn't seem genuine. Ever get that feeling? Well, we were served fast and given the tab fast. It wasn't even a busy night. The food was only okay. The calamari was good, simple, and not rubbery. The fettuccine alfredo lacked complexity, but it was smooth and tasted good. The veal scaloppine was tasty but not fantastic. I was curious if the meat was local but it was unknown. I also enjoyed a salad, which was good, but not too big. Having lived in Italy and NY I feel that I may have a lot higher standards for Italian. But all in all, if you have a taste for Italian food, I think you may be happy, it's a nice small casual place. Friendly staff."
