"To be named after the current president in the state that he calls home, I expected better. The bathrooms are filthy! Gross! Like don't accidentally touch the walls of the stall, dirty. And the stench? Like urine left to dry for days, weeks, months, or longer...the staff in the shops were incredibly kind and were clearly working hard, but I didn't see a single cleaning person."

"DO NOT ORDER MOBILE ORDERS FROM THIS STARBUCKS. we ordered on the app and they waited until we got there and told them we were picking up to start the order. But they just let us stand there for 10 minutes without helping us or letting us know that was the policy. Even after letting them know we 've been waiting for 10 minutes, another 10 minutes pass and we are still waiting for our order. We were on a time crunch and ended up just having to tell them we were leaving and they didn 't make any effort to help us. Customers who ordered instore 15 minutes after I arrived to pick up my order got drinks before me. Overall horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could"
