"Both pizzas myself and my partner had were soggy and not as good quality as they used to be, had to ask several times for drinks and then was told I had to pay a 10% service charge which was not advertised anywhere on any...of the menus. This place used to be the best in London, now it feels like they are cutting corners on ingredients with the quality of the pizzas suffering as a result. Will not be visiting again!!!"

"We as a family have always used this place ,most weeks we order .The old staff were always helpful and as regular customers we felt that we got preferential treatment as as soon as we called they knew us..in one occasion they got our order wrong and although we did not ask they made a special trip and gave us a bottle of coke as a way of apology, however these people get your order wrong and they shout back at you and put the phone down when you complain ! The pizzas are not the same the deep pan base is thin and the toppings seem to be thrown on with ought a thought and pizza is not cut properly . When you go there they are walking around with no shoes and talk their own language at each other ignoring the customers ,when you complain they laugh amongst themselves . Do Not Buy There"
