"Every time I give this Cafe Rio another chance I leave disappointed. The workers consistently act like they are doing you a favor by serving you and that you are an inconvenience to their day. There is no sense of urgency with the customer service despite there being a long line. I will only do drive thru or pickup here because of the poor customer service. I gave them another chance the other day and did customer pickup. My food was all ready and there was no one in line at the online pick up orders area and I stood there for so long waiting for someone to hand me my food that I could see sitting on the online pickup order shelf. There was 2 employees that walked right past me doing other things not even making eye contact me. I would not have minded if they said “Ill be with you in a moment” or anything of that regard but they genuinely just didn’t seem to care."
