"On the recommendation of staff at a family member's senior home, we ended up at Pho Broadway. Parking was tight for dinner. Tables were mostly full. Multiple people were waiting for take out orders. The front of the house was being run by one woman who could have clearly used some help. TVs in the corners we're playing basketball. We did get a comfortable booth though. We almost left, because of how long it was taking to get our order in. However, we were glad we stayed! We had a Vietnamese egg roll noodle bowl, and three other noodle bowls. It was the best Vietnamese food I've ever had! If you want a calm experience, it might not be the best choice. However, if you want some incredible food don't mind a bit of a busy wait, the wait is worth it!"

"It was very chaotic when we visited. All of the guests in the restaurant were waiting for their food for over an hour when the servers notified us that none of the meals had been started yet. The managers and cooks were not getting along well with the servers and it was very apparent. We were very excited to eat here after a long day but after waiting 1.5 hours, our food still hadn't been started, so we cancelled our items (as they had not even been prepared yet) and left very disappointed."

"Ordered online for pick up. Once you get email confirming your order, do wait to receive a second email that your order was confirmed by them. It does say that in the initial email. As you enter, the pickup area for online orders is a counter area to the left of the shop. I ordered the Spicy Pork plate, comes with rice, salad, beansprouts, and japchae. It was the right amount of spicy, and tasted really good. The kimchi jeon (pancake) was good also. Had some crispy parts which i loved. It does come with a sauce, but i didnt use the sauce. Had enough taste without it. The kimbap was the original, and it was tasty. All in all the food was great, and staff was nice. Sorry about the pics, started to eat before remembering to take pictures of the food."

"Update on this: I appreciate the response from the owner. Having context on the situation certainly puts me at ease and I’m glad to know we were not being unwelcome.Original:Had a very strange interaction with staff. I met my husband here (who is a park ranger) after his shift for dinner and at first we had a very pleasant interaction with the young lady there while ordering food. But then while we were sitting down eating quietly, one of the staff came out and was very unhappy we were there. The staff member at one point gestured toward myself and my husband saying “He works for us!” As if my husband was doing something wrong eating there, and everyone working there stared at us. It was very uncomfortable, so much so that we left because we are clearly not welcome here."
A visit to The Poke Story is particularly valuable due to the large diversity of coffee and tea specialties.

"It was clean my sandwich was dry there very tight on the tuna fish. He asked a lot of questions when I went to use the restroom he left customers in the front waiting to close the door to the back mind you I work for RTD and in uniform! I felt very uncomfortable here will not eat here again ….."

"First impressions if you haven't been here before aren't great. The server, while attentive and friendly was wearing filthy clothes. He should not have been in the front of the house. He was also the bartender and at one point was sitting on the back bar where drinks are mixed. The floor around our table was covered in food and obviously was not cleaned between seatings. The restaurant wasn't busy so there was no excuse for this. The food is overall good and the service was good too."
