"Went there over lunch a couple of times over the summer and sitting at the lake in across the Lindt factory is great. Always went for the “David Gym” menu which is meant to be low carb and I was always pleased with the food,...fresh, and the seasonings. Will be back again even if a bit “chickey mickey”."

"Wir waren vor einer Woche an einem Samstag Abend mit Freunden in der Steinburg. Ein rundum perfekter Service, sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichnetes Essen inkl. Weinempfehlung rundeten den Abend ab.Besonders zu empfehlen: das Tartar und die Kalbsbäggli. Wir können das Restaurant zu 100% weiter empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen!"

"An incredible experience for all senses. We had the chefs choice menu and every single dish was an explosion of flavours. The wine selection is also excellent and almost makes it difficult to make a choice. All in all the concept of the unique surprise menu with a great wine selection made our visit a wonderful event. Many thanks to the whole crew for having us and thanks also for the friendly service. We'll be back for more!"

"Leider gibt es in diesem Restaurant weder Glacés noch Coupes auf der Speisekarte, so wurde uns das vom Personl mitgeteilt, als wir n einem über 30 Grad warmen Sommerabend einkehren wurden. Das ist einfach sehr schwach und für ein Restaurant, welches zusätzlich noch zu einem Hotel gehört, ein Armutszeugnis."

"We were a group of 3 people. Between us we had the salad, goat cheese (shortly beautiful), tar, fish and chips and sushi selection. Wine recommendation (Albariño) was fabulous. The service was attentive, but not intrusive."

"The beef was dried in ash and spices which gave a great special taste. Unique. Never had that and will try to copy. The desert had an Easter look, very colourful and tasty as well.The view is stunning and service had a personal touch. Very professional and fresh."

"Spent three!!! hours there last Friday, two of which waiting for main course. Our wine was given to someone else, by mistake, with apologies and promise to deduct 50 franks. Then we asked for one portion of risotinno with truffle to share and it was...perfect, but billed twice. I checked the bill for the first time over many years and found two mistakes. I hope that was a fault of the new waiter, since it was his second day, but it is totally not acceptable for the two stars michelin restaurant."
