"We had a great lunch here. My little toddler was a bit noisy at times but the staff were so accommodating to him and I always appreciate that, especially an upscale restaurant like this. Hummus tepenade with pita was so good, the Cocha Salad was a must it could have done with more of the topping items but the greens were perfect. Lovely place, I'd like to revisit with just my hubby and enjoy a glass of wine and a snack in the future."

I had the fully dressed roast beef poboy today which is my own personal gold standard by which I measure Louisiana seafood/sandwich shops. No matter how hard I try, I have never found a dressed roast beef poboy that can supplant the one I used to always eat from Marchand's (from my childhood days . This one was squarely in the middle of the ones I've ever eaten hence the three star rating. Their fried onion rings were pretty good tho as was the sauce that comes with them. Oh, almost forgot, there are lots of interesting things on the walls that occupy your time while waiting for the food. Try them out! You will very likely enjoy this place if fried food and sandwiches are your thing! : I may revise my rating and write up after my next visit depending on what I order and what I think about it."
