"We thought we'd come on Sunday night to trouble us after a long trip. No schedule on the internet or at the entrance. So it was closed... We had to see the pizzeria open just on Thursday..At the entrance it is written trade background for sale. It's too bad"

"This refuge is set in a lovely valley. We ended up having two nights there as we had to return unexpectedly as we were caught out in a storm. The Refuge manager could not have been nicer or more accommodating and quickly warmed us up with soup and a delicious omelette. He runs a tight ship and it works. Simple and good. Also good showers available"

"The Refuge Chardonnet was our set off point at for the traverse of Cretes du Raisin Parcours des aretes. It is a charming looking refuge that is kept well clean by its extremely friendly staff. The hike up from the parking area is less...than minutes, very easy and worth it for the pretty view over the meadows to the mountains. After our climb we thoroughly enjoyed the enormous portion of fresh salad with warm goats cheese and the omelette with goats cheese cured beef. It looked and tasted amazing and not only because we deserved it after a hour climb. The cappuccino was also wonderful. This is a lovely destination by itself or you can set off for bigger adventures from here."
When the weather is nice you can also be served outside.

"A beautiful establishment ideally located in the heart of the village, not far from the hiking trails. the room is very pleasant with its beautiful sun veranda, the very nice service and the succulent dishes to (the truffle pasta is to fall. for a reasonable rate. adapts at the time, we lunch at 1:30 after a ballad. The hotel looks so nice, there's even a spa. We'll come back to test."
