"We really like Marco's pizza but after tonight, we will most definitely go elsewhere. We placed an online order. The order was nearly $100. My husband picked the order up and brought it home. Everyone started to dig in until I walked in the room and saw that one of the pizza's was wrong. Shi*t happens. I understand. I called the restaurant and told them that they gave us the wrong pizza. THEY ASKED ME TO BRING IN THE WRONG PIZZA!!! I explained that part of the pizza had already been eaten because my family had no idea what I had ordered and dug right in. They told me to bring it what was left. Seriously?!?! Ok, I thought, maybe they just need us to prove to them and they would let us keep it and finish it... after all, it was THEIR MISTAKE! So, I sent my son to retrieve the correct pizza and he took what was left of the other. I was SHOCKED when he came home with only the corrected pizza. They did take the other pizza... and did what? I would assume the only thing they could do was throw it away. I am absolutely floored by this! What a waste of perfectly good food and how gross for them to do that! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I am so disgusted. We will NOT be returning to Marco's. There are plenty of other pizza establishments... WOW WOW WOW!!! Steer clear of this place."

"Ordered from this place and they totally forgot the extra marinara sauce and the sodas I ordered. They said they was gonna send some out to bring the sodas they forgot. That was four hours ago and still no sodas. I don?t usually order from Pizza Hutbecause it?s more expensive than other chains. Lesson learned. Next time I?ll save my money and order domino?s."
