"De retour de l estives nous nous sommes arrêtés pour déjeuner mal nous en a pris. arrivé au grill je demande une entrecôte pas trop grasse et cuite à point la demoiselle le met sur le grill puis retourne ma viande et part servir plusieurs client aux plats pendant ce temps ma viande continue de cuire et elle passe au bien cuit ou plus. je l interpelle et lui dit qu elle ne sera plus à point mais bien trop cuite celle ci de me répondre qu elle n'as pas trois mains. lorsqu elle revient je lui demande de me changer ma viande et de me cuire la nouvelle à point elle refuse j insite. Elle me dit qu elle va voir son chef. A son retour elle me remet une nouvelle entrecôte à cuire puis quitte son poste remplacée par une collegue en partant lui dit surtout à point car il va encore gueuler. Je suis resté très correct avec cette employée qui si cela la dérange de travailler au contact avec clientelle doit changer de métier. Donc je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement ou à chaqu une de nos visites nous avons rencontré du personnel incompétent pas aimable de plus au niveau de l hygiène il y aurait bien des choses à revoir ne serai ce que le lavage des mains le sol etc Gérant de ce restaurant soyez vigilant il ne fait pas bon vivre dans votre etablissement ameliorez votre accueil vis à vis de la clientèle nous payons et voulons manger sans stress. Des stages de formation relationnels existent alors au boulot Monsieur ou Madame je précise que c'était jeudi 1 juin 2007 vers 13hoo"
