"You can tell the difference in its quality. Dealt with care and details, never noticed the temperature of sashimi is that important. "Came here on a recommendation. It was dinner time and it was busy, but the service was good and friendly. We ordered a spicy tuna roll to share, had some prawn tempura and shrimp sunomono, and yam tempura roll. The tempura was not a stand out but was good and hot. The sunomono was a surprise because it was the tiny shrimp but the dish was still delicious. The rolls were outstanding."

"Had a chance to visit this place as a group of five. They are only open for dinner service from 6 to 9:30 pm. The restaurant is small and cozy and you have the sushi chef and the hostess/waitress who are running the show. We had the Omikase (chef prepares dishes of his choice for you) and it had a good combination of sushi and sashimi and other delicious items.The fish was obviously the star of the show and if you're not fortunate enough to live near an area where fresh variety is available, you are in for a treat here. Everything we tasted was really good and there was no hint of "fish smell" which is usually an indication of near expiring fish. It was buttery, it was nice thick pieces; the rice was still warm - all good signs of an expert sushi chef.Speaking of the chef, he did a masterful job of keeping pace filling orders all by himself. My only small complaint would be that we had to constantly ask the waitress what fish we were eating whereas I'm told Omikase usually the chef or waitress explains each dish brought to you. Despite that, still a great sushi restaurant."

"Usually decent but super disappointed! Ordered spicy salmon roll which was “salmonless and spiceless” and it was made by the cashier as the sushi chef was nowhere to be found. It looked slammed together and the little salmon that there was looked like mashed up leftover bits and not chunks of fish. Didn’t taste good at all and will never order this roll again. Other franchises are usually better than the Richmond one."

"Better Sushi Than Washington. I recently visited Vancouver from Tacoma, Washington. I stopped in at Sushi Han in Richmond to get a quick bit to eat. I was expecting to get another generic sushi experience, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had the Spicy Salmon Roll and the Dynamite roll and would highly recommend both. This place was much better than any place that I've visited in Washington State."
