"I love this place. Different specials every day. Always have TATER TOTS which means 5 stars automatically for me. Seafood prepared well. Staff always busy but I'm never in a rush...so who cares right? Great menu guaranteed in my opinion. Always eat at the bar and meet great people, locals and tourists."

"So I order to go from them once in a whileEach time I order they call my cell from the street to co.e and take the food.... for some reason they don't come to the front door. I also noticed that each time I come outside they on the phone probably making sure nothing happens to them so they want to leave the phone on??Anyway the food is usually ok bu my last order it was a mess . The veggie lo main looked like they just throw it in the box and I ordered a large meal. Before I used to get more and split it but this time I think it was small.The sushi is ok but no matter how many different sushi you order they put them all in the same box!!!"

"Rolls were decent, however nothing spectacular. We are from a small area within Pennsylvania and there’s better sushi there than at this place. The lobster roll was most disappointing- $22 and it was definitely imitation. Wanted to love it but didn’t. 5 speciality rolls and 2 basic rolls for $97. We don’t mind paying good money for sushi, but this was subpar. Where’s everyone getting sushi in Indian Rocks/Largo?"

"Great location, bartender and hostesses very friendly and... We stayed right on the street so that the first few nights at the Conch at least once a day ate to taste different items and right across the street.... Tons of seafood options and everything was great, the diablo muscles are great plus it is a HUGE quantity so really 4 could share that for a beginner.... Margaritas are great with a few options and... Groupers and red Snapper large, filled salmon and the filled white fish also very good.... Only the problem we had was with the service and we had another server the 4 times we visited and one was perfect, nothing messed up and was right at the point, but the other 3 made many mistakes, but they tried... I still strongly recommend that it is not in the facility... ENJOY!"

"For what this is a local bar/restaurant with live music J.D. 's hits it out of the ballpark. First off, the menu is varied with lots of great choices which, even knowing the place had good reviews surprised me wonderfully! I had the broiled grouper (which you could also get fried, grilled or blackened) and it was awesome, with a tasty topping (light garlic and some other spices). Entrees were priced from about $13 $40 and to me, after ordering and eating seemed fairly priced. They also have apps, salads, sandwiches, etc. Our server, BTW, was excellent an older man who was very attentive and helpful. Although we didn 't order alcohol, they had ample offerings. As for live music, there was a piano bar with a guy playing oldies (music of the 70 's 80 's) inside, and a live duo playing a little more contemporary (but not much), party music in their outdoor dining area. Both sounded good and had appreciative fans . We were there on a Sunday night. It wasn 't crowded at all, and the patrons all seemed to be in their 30 's and up....it was an older crowd (though they all seemed to be having a good time). I 'd say the crowd was at least as much loyal, local patrons as tourists. If you 're looking for a nice place to go fairly priced good food, with live music, a comfortable, fun (not loud and wild) atmosphere, with great service I heartily recommend J.D. 's Restaurant."

"I was actually disappointed this time. Have been here before prior to pandemic and thought it was good. This time sushi didn't seem fresh. Prices were kinda high. Service was just eh.
