"Something changed at Rico's , maybe the times we live in , or the on going pandemic, or maybe just a lack of business. Clearly something isn't right, I was not at all a happy customer after receiving my order for just a large chicken salad. It shrunk big time from almost not being able to close the lid to where is the salad ! Am I nit picking I don't think so when the price was not reduced. Surprised I was to see what I saw. I'm one whom brags on what's good, what size portions are served, quality of order, wait staff friendliness to name a few. Maybe it was just a bad day, l will go back and see if its consistently like what I was was served or what. Stay tuned for my follow up."

"I placed an order over the phone for a Medium Key Stuffed Crust Pizza and an order of Bread Sticks. They said it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I got there roughly after the 45 minutes and had to wait a bit longer, but they were busy so I understood. The Pizza definitely had some weight on it. I took it home and the Pizza was really thick. The crust hovered over like a flap to enclose the ingredients. It had Crumbled Sausage, Green Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Ham, Black Olives, and Sliced Pepperoni. It was extremely greasy and went through to the board. It was good at first, but I really would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t too heavy on the grease. I mean, it was everywhere in the package. The quality of it was definitely there and their style of Stuffed Crust was interesting. That would be the only big negative for me. The Bread Sticks were really good and plentiful. It included a garlic sauce and a red sauce. These Sticks hardly needed sauce to be honest. Either way, though, they were good plain and with each of the sauces. I recommend getting an order of Bread Sticks with your food no matter what. The service was friendly. Overall, I’m assuming they get busy here, so I’d come at least 15 minutes after your estimated time. I’d love to get a Pizza from here in the future with light grease to it."
