"This place is the worst. this is the second time that we ordered and waited for over 1.5 hours to get a pizza that was quoted 30-40 minutes. the first time we called it was 2 hours and 10 minutes and the phones didn't work. when I arrived to get the pizza, there were also stacked pizza, which waited easily 50-60 pizzas to be delivered. After we waited some months, we decided to try again and get a 33 min estimated delivery time. in an hour we decided to call and they said it was fought and give them 15 minutes. After 20 minutes we called again and said that the driver was on the way and stopped before us and give them 10 minutes. when we told them that this was unacceptable and that is what they had said 20 minutes ago that a weibble came on the phone and verbal was aggressive and rude and wanted to complain that she was out of the watch and did not answer any questions and began lying about the fact that we had been lying to us last time, that we had been lying to them that we had called them to them, that they would never tell us that they had called us she then went to hand the phone to the poor door-dist guy who wasn't even sure who he went to. when my man came to the pizza, he was told that the pizza just came out of the house at 1.5 hours when we got the pizza home, it was cold! why do they sell our orders to door dash and increase the costs without our permission and employees verbally miserable and not fulfill orders!?"

"I go to this Micky-D's about twice a week. Who am I kidding, about 6 time a week. Shameful, I know. At any rate, just tried the cinnamon roll for the first time from here. "We ordered catering for a birthday party that came about 15 people. I have ordered the Tacos kit for 10 thought we had a lot to eat and maybe some left and I was totally wrong. as you can see from the pictures, both meat dishes were about a third full. I'm sure they're going with weight, but if someone thinks that meat is divided by 20 people the $300 I paid for (including the tip) I would strongly contradict. I will say that the salat, salsa 's, etc. that accompanied the meat was abundant, which makes the small amount of meat that I feel we still get odd. the worst part was when we called that a manager would be back in about 15 minutes and give us a call for the order. that was on Saturday and now it is Wednesday and still no call back. we had to order pizzas to ensure that all food get so unnecessary to say I would not order anyone catering from qdoba. super disappointing experience."
