"Went there last Sunday for dinner and was left waiting 20 mins to be served, even though the restaurant was barely empty (maybe 10 people). When we did get served the man serving us had little to no interest being there and kept tutting and sighing underneath his breath, another 20 mins passed and our starters arrived. We were waiting for the table to be cleared then the mains arrived, the lady apologises and gave us our meal, my partners chicken was microwaved and half raw, and i was still waiting on the rest of my meal, when i went to ask our waiter he was at the bar having a pint and told me “go find somebody else, you can see I’m busy” he was very rude and ignorant. When i asked for the rest of my meal off the other girl we were told the kitchen was closed, after which i wanted to speak to a manager! I was laughed at and told “she’s gone home” You need to train your “staff” with more decency!"

"So far it's the best Japanese food, everytime I'm around that area I always go back to have more, the food never disappoint and the service is really good, you don't wait to long for your food and it's worth the money so far for me and when I go there I make sure my tummy is empty because I know I will be full and lazy when I leave I will even be lazy to drive my self home and wanting to catch a public transport.. Fujiyama it's really good when you find or see one go ahead and try it you won't regret. best dish I always go for it's their Ramen selection, restaurant is clean and professional and the servers nice and welcoming and some of the dishes looks cool and I still have a lot to try and I know it's going to be good so that's all I don't know what else to say about this place now, I get hungry when ever I think about it hahahaha."

"We visited the Market Kitchen last Thursday night and all 3 of us agreed that we had a fantastic meal, to start with we had a Goats Cheese Salad and the pork belly, both of which were delicious, although top marks goes to the Scallop dish. Unusually, two of us went for the veggie option and had a beautiful ravioli, the other dish was the chicken and it too was really good. I'd go back just for the truffle chips alone. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly. It is by far a step above what else is on offer at the moment in Newbridge. We will definitely be back. The restaurant was a bit quiet (I know they have only recently opened for dinner) so I hope more local people support them, they won't be disappointed."
