"Samstag nachmittags, wie fast immer gehen wir vor dem Kinobesuch hier essen. Wunderschöne Innenterrasse, ansprechende Wanddeko, schönes Restaurant. Ich war mit meiner Tochter und Freundin dort. Die Bedienung kam schnell und nahm die Bestellungen entgegen. Das Restaurant war etwa zu 10% belegt. Die Zubereitungszeit der Hauptgerichte lag bei rund 10 min. Die extra bestellten Pommes wurden vergessen, kamen aber recht schnell nachgereicht und wurden nicht extra berechnet. Die Gerichte waren optisch unteres Mittelmaß. Ich wurde von der Kellnerin vor dem heißen Teller gewarnt. Ich hatte mit Hackfleisch gefüllte Tortillas, Reis und Salat. Der Reis war total ausgekocht und geschmacksneutral. Hier sollte der Koch einmal über das Garen in einem Reiskocher nachdenken. Die Farbe vollkommen übertrieben durch kochen mit Kurkuma/Curry. Der Salat auf allen drei Gerichten bestand zu 80 % aus Eisbergsalat, der Rest Tomate und Dosenmais. Unter "Salat" habe ich andere Vorstellungen. Bei dem Salatteller meiner Tochter waren die Hähnchenstreifen teilweise wie Fleisch einer Mumie, nicht mehr zu kauen. Auch die Hähnchen-Nuggets des dritten Gerichtes waren falsch zubereitet. Der Anblick ließ schon alles erahnen. Die Farbe war knapp unter schwarz, wie überm Lagerfeuer geröstet. Innen matschig und offenbar nicht richtig gegart, außen eigentlich verbrannt. Wie geht so etwas? Zubereitet wird hier alles wohl in einer überhitzten Fritöse, die Nuggets waren bestimmt tiefgefroren. Die Küche hat unsere Speisen einfach alle versaut. Der Eindruck einer Imbiss-Küche hält mich vorläufig fern vom La Paz. Trotzdem werde ich beim nächsten Besuch wieder einkehren, ich hoffe die Küche kommt wieder an die alte Qualität heran. Denn früher hat es uns hier immer gut geschmeckt."
